IMPORTANT
Make sure you have a conversation with your wedding photographer BEFORE the big day. Make sure you provide them with a list so they know exactly what to do when the photos begin and to ensure they know your expectations.
One idea is to give the groomsmen and your bridesmaid a copy of the list so they can assist the photographer on the day if they see a particular type of photo is being missed.
